Josiah Freeman

After years working in the hospitality and food service industries, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next step for him. Josiah's passion has always centered around helping people discover or rediscover their dreams—whether that meant creating the perfect wedding cake, planning an unforgettable vacation, or now, finding the perfect home. Hospitality remains at the heart of everything he does.
Josiah understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, but his goal as an agent is not only to ease those challenges, but to make the entire experience enjoyable and memorable.
He met his wife while serving at a ministry called JH Ranch in California, and the two later moved to Tuscaloosa to be closer to family and friends. Although he no longer works in the food service industry, his love for cooking remains strong. He has a personal goal of eventually replacing half of their spice cabinet with ingredients grown in their own backyard garden.
Together, he and his wife regularly open their home to friends and family for dinners and game nights. These moments not only keep his culinary skills sharp, but more importantly, have turned their house into a place of connection and community for many.
He believes a home is more than just a place to live—it’s the foundation for meaningful moments and lasting memories. Being part of The Williams Group has given him the opportunity to help others find a place they can truly call home.
