Jaime Bratcher

Jaime Bratcher is a REALTOR®, connector, and community builder who believes that real estate is ultimately about people — not properties.

Originally from Kentucky, Jaime brings nearly a decade of insurance experience and more than a decade in real estate to every client relationship. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from Bellarmine University, and has earned multiple production and leadership awards throughout her career — but what she's most proud of is the relationships she's built along the way. Many of her clients become friends long after the closing table.

In 2023, Jaime and her husband Lee made the decision to relocate their family to Tuscaloosa after an extensive search for the right community — one with strong schools, a thriving church, and a place where their family could plant roots for years to come. Tuscaloosa exceeded every expectation, and today she's proud to call it home.

Faith is at the core of everything Jaime does. It shapes how she leads, serves, and builds relationships — in business and in life. She serves actively at Church of the Highlands in Tuscaloosa, investing her time in developing leaders, mentoring students, and creating environments where people feel welcomed and valued.

Whether she's helping a first-time buyer, guiding a growing family, or supporting someone through a major life transition, Jaime's approach is always the same: show up, listen well, and help people move confidently into their next chapter.
