Welcome to the Team, Jaime Bratcher!

Jaime Bratcher, Partner Agent, MBA, REALTOR®

We are thrilled to introduce one of the newest members of The Williams Group — a licensed REALTOR® who brings more than a decade of real estate experience, an MBA, and a track record built entirely on trust, relationship, and results. Please join us in welcoming Jaime Bratcher to our team here in Tuscaloosa and Northport.

Jaime has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2015, and her path to real estate is anything but ordinary. Before she ever showed her first home, she spent nearly a decade as an Insurance Sales Agent with Kentucky Farm Bureau — the largest property and casualty insurer in the state of Kentucky — where she earned both the District Agent of the Year award and recognition in the President’s Club. That background gave her something no classroom can teach: a deep, practical understanding of how to guide people through high-stakes financial decisions with honesty and care. When she transitioned into real estate, those instincts came with her.

She built her real estate career in Grayson County, Kentucky — a rural community of roughly 26,000 people where reputation is currency and word-of-mouth is everything. Over the years, she closed 159 transactions and surpassed $28.5 million in total sales volume, with more than 75% of her business coming from referrals and repeat clients. That number isn’t a statistic — it’s a story. It means that client after client trusted her enough to come back, and trusted her enough to send their family and friends. That kind of loyalty is earned, not marketed.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from Bellarmine University, and she has never stopped investing in her own development. She’s a three-time graduate of BOLD by Keller Williams, has completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership & Communication program, earned a Project Management Certificate from the University of Alabama, and holds multiple designations through Toastmasters. Within Keller Williams Realty, she served on the Agent Leadership Council, co-owned a Mega Agent Office, and served as an Assistant Team Leader — experience that gives her a rare understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a high-performing real estate team.

She even ran for public office in 2018 — which tells you everything about her commitment to showing up for the communities she’s part of.

In 2023, Jaime relocated her family to Tuscaloosa, and she did something that speaks directly to her character: she chose to pause production and simply be present. She joined Church of the Highlands, where she now leads in Motion Ministry and Small Groups, co-founded a parent small group, and co-led a Freedom Small Group for college-aged women. She became a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador here in Alabama, and she’s brought her history of community investment — including years of involvement with Junior Achievement — right along with her. That season wasn’t a gap in her career. It was exactly what she intended it to be: putting down roots, building real relationships, and making Tuscaloosa home in every meaningful sense of the word.

Now she’s ready, and she is fully re-engaged and going full-time in production in this market. She chose The Williams Group because of what this team stands for — strong systems, genuine coaching, a culture of collaboration, and a shared belief that God and family come before business. “One of the things I’m most passionate about moving forward,” she says, “is helping others discover what makes Tuscaloosa such a special place to call home. Our family truly loves this community.” We believe her — and we know her clients will too.

Whether you’re buying a home in Tuscaloosa, selling a home in Northport, or simply trying to figure out where to start, Jaime is exactly the kind of agent you want in your corner — experienced, values-driven, deeply connected to this community, and genuinely invested in your outcome.

We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. If you’d like to connect with Jaime directly, reach out to her at jaimebratcher@kw.com — she would love to hear from you.
